: the people who commute by bicycle & motorbike

: on the street in London, commuting

: Helmet, luminescence jacket, vest -> to prevent the danger on road

: People who wear suits inside of this jacket when they are commuting. They often face with a
danger of Car accident

5. How often do they encounter these situations?
: Everyday when they are commuting

6. What are their needs and priorities?
: Function/Technology + Fashion + Reduce the risk of accidents

7. What solutions already exist in your chosen design area or related design areas and what is good and bad about them?
: -Luminescence jacket

: Air, Elastic, Industrial, Light, Smart, Sustainable, Temperature, Waterproof, Mobility, Safety...

: promote better functionalities and fashion

10. How might the deliverable functionalities support this behavioural change?
: Light weight fabric/ Elastic/ Chromic function -> Convenience, Practicality and Utility
